The Friendlies Chemist was established in Townsville in 1881. We are a community owned pharmacy committed to providing high quality services and products for our members and customers.

With a history of over 140 years serving the Townsville community, we are proud to have returned to our origins and trade once again as The Friendlies Chemist.

We also have new premises, conveniently located at 183 - 191 Charters Towers Road, Hyde Park, in the same complex as the hermit park clinic. We can now offer easy parking, easy access, and our same professional service with a smile.
