 Here at the Friendlies Chemist we are fortunate to have our very own Naturopath, Sarah!
Sarah has a Bachelor of Naturopathy and a Bachelor of Clinical Science; she has been a practicing Naturopath for 6 years and with The Friendlies Chemist for over 2 years. Sarah’s qualifications ensure that she provides the most effective and specific Natural treatment to her patients. Sarah offers private consults which will include lifestyle advice, dietary suggestions and clinically effective natural medicine supplementation.  Stress is perceived differently by everyone and we all have different ways of being able to cope with stressors. Whether it is stress related to study, the work place, family life, or just day to day activities, it is important to realise the condition and seek help. There are many ways to help cope with stress such as counselling, exercise, connecting with friends and family, taking ‘me time’. There are also many natural options to treat stress which include herbal and nutrient based products, our Naturopath Sarah can discuss and advise on the different options available.
